PAYMENT TERMS AND REFUND POLICY

1. PRICE AND PAYMENT


1.1. The price of products shall be as shown on the Henry Kellem website/mobile platform. Any increases in prices for products will be shown at the time of check out.


1.2. The prices are not inclusive of any applicable sales tax and any details given in relation to exchange rates are approximate only and may vary from time to time.


1.3. The User shall pay all sums due to HKL Inc. under this Agreement by means of the payment specified on the platform and without any set-off, deduction, counterclaim or any other withholding of monies. Any applicable banking charges on such payments shall be borne by HKL Inc.


1.4. Until HKL Inc. has received cleared funds in respect of the full amount outstanding, payment shall not be deemed to have been made.


1.5. For all subscription-based services on auto-renewal This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time, for any reason by notice via email. Termination of the Agreement by either party will be effective upon that party sending written notice to the other party of their intentions. The User must complete the relevant form on the Web Site to terminate the Agreement.


1.6. All monies paid by the User to HKL Inc. for membership services are non-refundable. A cancellation or termination of this Agreement by the User or HKL Inc at any time for any reason will not entitle the User to a refund of monies paid.


1.7 When paying for a High Frequency Membership with a credit card you will be automatically re-billed to renew your membership on its expiration. To cancel this auto-renewal option go to ‘Account’ then ‘Settings’ then “Subscription” where you need to click on the link to disable. You can also email support@henrykellem.com to request membership cancellation.


2. Returns & Exchanges


2.1 Items received can be returned or exchanged within 20 days of receiving the said items providing the following:


• Items must be unwashed, unworn and unused.

• Merchandise must have original tags attached.

• Merchandise received after the 20 days will only be accepted on a return basis if the items received were damaged.


2.2 We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If you feel you have received a defective item, this will need to be reviewed by our internal operations team. To make a claim against defective items please email: support@henrykellem.com


2.3 Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via e-mail when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
