Stress is something I learned to manage from a young age, I had no choice, when it got too rough I went inside and created the world I wanted to live in within my mind, I used my imagination to create my new reality and still found things to be grateful for, no matter how small. When life hits you hard it can be the little things that you find solace and reprieve in. Use gratitude as the lifeboat and then your thoughts, feelings, and imagination to change your physical reality.
